"Do it for You - Your Body and Your Mind"

If you have a problem, I know the solution:

Well, exercise might not solve all of our problems, but it will for sure help us face, and work our way through, the challenges we meet in life. Exercise was the most important element in my healing process; it helped me get up (and out) in the morning; it helped me appreciate my body again; it gave me feelings of controll, accomplishment and self-confidence; and most importantly, it gave me a good night's sleep and made me feel alive again.

To me it's obvious - exercise is our best friend in trauma recovery.
